Where Do We Fly?

We offer tandem flights in Austria and the Czech Republic, depending on weather conditions and your preferences. These are our most popular locations:

Wolfgangsee, Austria

One of the most beautiful alpine lakes just north of Salzburg. With a 900 m elevation difference and reliable flying conditions almost every day in summer, this is our main summer spot, ideal even for larger groups.

Gaisberg, Salzburg

A scenic mountain directly above Salzburg, easily accessible by public transport. Sunset flights here offer breathtaking views of the city and the surrounding alpine ranges. A great alternative when the wind at Wolfgangsee is too strong. Elevation difference: 830 m.

Lnáře Airport, South Bohemia (CZ)

Here, we launch using a winch tow system – the easiest way to get in the air. A moving car pulls us up to 300–600 meters, and all it takes is a few steps to get airborne. Perfect for “Visit the Sky” discovery flights, but on thermic days it’s also possible to stay up for hours.

FAQ

Who can fly?

Anyone between 30–110 kg who can run a few steps at takeoff. Sometimes exceptions are possible – just ask!

Is it safe? Do I need insurance?

Yes, safety is our top priority. We fly with certified school wings and experienced tandem pilots. There’s no need to push performance – we fly calmly and responsibly.
In the rare case of an accident, passenger liability insurance up to €3 million is already included.

Can I bring my camera or phone and film the flight?

Yes, but not during the flight – dropping your phone or camera is a real risk.
If you want great footage, ask your pilot for the photo & video package – you’ll get high-quality shots like from a pro!

I’m afraid of heights – is tandem flying for me?

Surprisingly, yes – in most cases! Feeling dizzy on a tall building or cliff is different from flying. A paraglider moves gently through the air and doesn’t trigger the same sensations.
If you’re comfortable in a cable car or ski lift, you’ll most likely be fine during a tandem flight too. You just have to try – and most people are amazed how peaceful it feels!

Do I need any training or experience?

No – just be ready to run a few steps at takeoff. You’ll get a short briefing before the flight. That’s all!

Can I fly together with my friend/partner/mom at the same time?

Each paraglider carries one pilot + one passenger, so flying “together” on one wing is not possible.
But yes – group flights are possible! With multiple pilots in the team, you can share the sky with friends at the same time.
